Scarecrow Time is coming soon to Firbeck.
This bi-annual event is always a favourite with locals and visitors alike, offering a fantastic day for the whole family. Experience an impressive display of scarecrows, along with food, games and stalls.
We’ll be issuing more information over the coming months, but first we need your help! If you live in Firbeck or The Yews and want to create a scarecrow, we’d love to hear from you NOW!
This year, our theme is ‘FAMOUS PEOPLE’. We’ve got a list of over 70 historic and contemporary figures to choose from.

If you have a character in mind that's not included, just let us know and we'll add it.
For everyone's safety, our trail will stay within the central area of the Village, marked in red on the map below. If you would like to make a scarecrow and live in Firbeck but outside this area or live in The Yews, we still want to hear from you. We’ll definitely be able to find a spot for your scarecrow in a garden along the trail.
